To members of the SuperSmyrna Initiative,
Every year since 1987 Keep Smyrna Beautiful has hosted a “Work Glove Luncheon” to honor the City of Smyrna’s outdoor workers in the Public Works, Community Development, Parks and Sanitation Departments who work tirelessly to maintain our City. This year’s event will be held on August 19th. Door prizes will be given to all who attend.
We hope that you will join us in showing your appreciation for the work these City employees do in all kinds of weather to help keep Smyrna looking good and running smoothly by donating a door prize. Door prizes of any size are appreciated and will be accepted by Keep Smyrna Beautiful until August 14th. It is our goal for everyone attending the event to receive a gift.
As a donor, you and your company will be recognized on our website and at the event. We also encourage the participants to patronize contributing businesses. Keep Smyrna Beautiful, Inc. is a 501-c3 nonprofit organization; therefore, your donations are tax deductible. Following the event, we will send you a letter of acknowledgement.
