Campbell Middle School Beautification

On March 20 sixteen volunteers spread wood chips in the flowerbeds around Campbell Middle School. In a finely orchestrated work process volunteers attacked a mountain of wood chips shoveling them into 55 gallon garbage cans, lifting the full cans into the back of pickup trucks and delivering them to flowerbeds at the front of the school where rakers spread them. The empty cans were returned and the process repeated. After two hours the mountain resembled a molehill and the front of the school looked much improved.

School Principal, Denise Magee commented, “We are most grateful for your willingness to provide such great service and helpfulness with the grounds beautification project. It may have appeared to be a small project but it made a significant impact and tremendously helped our custodians!  SuperSmyrna, we thank you for your wonderful service!”
